Domestic Shipping Policy(within India)

1. Order Processing Time

Order production begins after confirmation of final mockups and payment.

Standard production timeline: 2-12 business days

Larger or complex orders may require additional time (informed at time of confirmation).

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via reputed courier partners (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart).

Tracking details will be available on account.

3. Shipping Charges

Charges vary based on weight, delivery location, and urgency.

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation and are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time: 5-15 business days post-dispatch.

Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Delays due to custom clearance, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Delays are handled by our shipping partner, and we do everything in our rights and control to co-ordinate with them to make sure our customer gets the goods they order with in the provided time. Delays due to shipping partner error/problems are beyond our control and we will not be responsible for it.
